Register Now! Preparing for ICD-10 Training

8 Dec

Healthcare providers classify medical conditions and procedures using a standard coding system, the International Classification of Diseases (ICD). Public health relies on the receipt of ICD data from healthcare providers to conduct a variety of activities.

With the October 1, 2015 compliance date for ICD-10, every healthcare provider must ensure that they are adequately prepared for the updated ICD-10 codes. Illinois Public Health Association arranged a special ICD-10 training session for local health departments in Illinois. This session was recorded and is available for viewing on our training website, Publichealthlearning.com.
