Change Institute

The Change Institute is a series of trainings for grant recipients of the Model Communities program and their respective partners. Attendees were provided with substantive knowledge vital to implementing policy, systems, and environmental change and successfully completing their grant requirements.

IPHPC Trainings

A variety of preparedness topics have been addressed by the trainings created by the Illinois Public Health Preparedness Center (IPHPC), and the MidAmerica Center for Public Health Practice (MCPHP). IPHPC has expertise in offering training that relates to personal and family preparedness, H1N1 overview and preparedness, emergency preparedness for all hazards, and, emergency response and planning.

Previously, the IPHPC created over 60 online courses that relate to a variety of topics in general public health and in emergency preparedness and response. These courses are no longer offered in the instructor led format but are available for reuse or incorporation into other trainings.  Please visit the IPHPC Course page to access materials for these online courses.

MidAmerica Regional Public Health Leadership Institute (MARPHLI)
